Have any of you ever used a moses basket?

Do you recommend them or do they suck? We still have my son's bassinet, but he would never sleep in it. I think it was too flat or something. He ended up co sleeping with me until I quit breastfeeding and moved him to his crib. So I'm debating between buying a new pack n play (with the bassinet overlay thing) or a moses basket. I can sell the bassinet and have money for a pack n play or moses basket, but we already have a play pen and our house really isn't that big. Anyway, thoughts and experiences with moses baskets?
