Has anyone ever felt like they were surrounded by loosers constantly but didnt want to be judgemental about it?

i hate feeling pretentious and like im better than anyone but, i feel like most people at my school are loosers.and its so annoying cause i want more friends but they do things that just arent cool. its hard to explain but its like theirs only two kinds of people at school. the ones that are wierd as hell, or they are obnoxious,annoying and they are jackasses. i just want mellow friends that arent wierd but yet sociable and down to earth. and another thing i swear people are so prideful these days its redicolous. its like everyone is trying to be better than each other. girls act jealous of me, i have no idea why a girl would be jealous of a guy.
