Are there any good hosting sites that offer a little ftp space for free?

I'm looking for at least 50-100mb or more space that I can access through an ftp client for free. It doesn't need to have good upload or download speeds because I am basically going to store portable programs there for when I forget my flash drive and need one of the programs. I don't care what the url looks like because I'm just going to use a no-ip address to link me to it.
