How much would it cost to get my mackbook pro repaired?

Ive dropped my mackbook plenty of times and the casing is all dented up and one time the screen cracked. The lcd is fine its just got a huge crack on the glass overlay. How much would it cost to get new casing and the screen fixed. Can apple even replace the casing?
