What is the Stevie Wonder Global Soul Hollywood Bowl Concert?

To put it simply, I am just confused at what this concert is, will it have a full Stevie Wonder setlist? Or is it just him hosting the event, I am a huge Stevie fan but there is almost no information about this event and I wouldn't want to buy into a concert where he may not even perform. If anyone here has the information about the show please respond, thank you very much.
