Why does this bother some Christians?

Yes, as a Christian, it bothers me. Jesus tells us to tell others the Good News about Him, but I know I go overboard myself, and I don't wait for God to tell me who to speak to about Him-I just start talking about Jesus,and most of the time it is not someone to whom God has started opening their hearts to Him yet. I think that Bible tracts are a great way though, to tell others about Him by just handing them a tract, maybe with your email on it....and then let the Holy Spirit do the rest of the work without getting into a huge argument with someone whom God has not opened their heart to accept the truth of Jesus. I try to keep a large supply handy to put in with bills, or to hand to cashiers at stores, or people walking past me. They can either look at it or throw it away, up to them. But I have done what God wants me to do. I pray every day that He will put people in my path to share Jesus with, and He always does, whether it is sharing the love of Jesus with them, talking about Him, or just handing them a Bible tract. We are to tell others about Him, but no one can come to Christ unless the Holy Spirit is opening their hearts and drawing them to Him. Nothing we can do about that.
